About the role

We are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Director for Iberia, a strategic role with full responsibility for the development, growth, and profitability of the Cybersecurity business in the region.

This position will play a key role in the definition and execution of the business unit's strategy, with full ownership of the P&L and a strong focus on business development, team leadership, and managing executive relationships with manufacturers, partners, and key strategic clients.

The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with Iberia and European leadership, managing a complex, cross-functional organization within a multinational, highly matrixed, and international environment.

We are looking for a profile with strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and experience operating in large companies, accustomed to managing senior stakeholders and leading teams in highly complex organizational environments.

  • Define and execute the Cybersecurity business strategy in Iberia, aligned with corporate and regional objectives.
