Director, Cybersecurity Iberia

We are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Director for Iberia, a strategic role with full responsibility for the development, growth, and profitability of the Cybersecurity business in the region.

This position will play a key role in the definition and execution of the business unit's strategy, with full ownership of the P&L and a strong focus on business development, team leadership, and managing executive relationships with manufacturers, partners, and key strategic clients.

The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with Iberia and European leadership, managing a complex, cross-functional organization within a multinational, highly matrixed, and international environment.

We are looking for a profile with strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and experience operating in large companies, accustomed to managing senior stakeholders and leading teams in highly complex organizational environments.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the Cybersecurity business strategy in Iberia, aligned with corporate and regional objectives.

• Lead the sustainable growth and profitability of the business unit, with full responsibility for the P&L.

• Manage and strengthen executive relationships with manufacturers, partners, and key strategic clients.

• Develop joint business plans with key vendors and ensure their correct execution.

• Identify new growth opportunities and define strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.

• Lead, develop, and evolve a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Work cross-functionally with different areas of the company (sales, operations, pricing, finance, purchasing, etc.) to maximize results.

• Act as a business reference within a matrixed and international structure, collaborating closely with regional and European stakeholders.

• Actively contribute to the company's global strategy and influence key business decisions.

• Ensure high internal and external visibility for the business unit and for TD SYNNEX's positioning in the Cybersecurity market.

• Solid experience in director-level positions with direct responsibility for business and P&L.

• Strong strategic and commercial orientation, combined with execution capability.

• Experience leading teams and organizations in complex, multinational, and matrixed environments.

• Proven track record in large companies within the IT, technology, or distribution sectors.

• Experience in business development, commercial negotiation, and managing executive relationships with partners and manufacturers.

• Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership and international environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change, prioritize, and operate successfully in highly complex environments.

• Profile with executive maturity, global vision, and excellent communication skills.

• Analytical mindset, results orientation, and the ability to transform strategy into execution.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Actuar como referente de negocio dentro de una estructura matricial e internacional, colaborando estrechamente con stakeholders regionales y europeos

• Contribuir activamente a la estrategia global de la compañía e influir en decisiones clave de negocio

• Asegurar una alta visibilidad interna y externa de la unidad de negocio y del posicionamiento de TD SYNNEX en el mercado de Cybersecurity

• Experiencia sólida en posiciones de dirección con responsabilidad directa sobre negocio y P&L

• Fuerte orientación estratégica y comercial, combinada con capacidad de ejecución

• Experiencia liderando equipos y organizaciones en entornos complejos, multinacionales y matriciales

• Trayectoria consolidada en compañías de gran tamaño dentro del sector IT, tecnología o distribución

• Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, negociación comercial y gestión de relaciones ejecutivas con partners y fabricantes

• Alta capacidad de influencia y gestión de stakeholders a distintos niveles, incluyendo liderazgo senior y entorno internacional

• Capacidad demostrada para liderar el cambio, priorizar y operar con éxito en entornos de alta complejidad

• Perfil con madurez ejecutiva, visión global y excelentes habilidades de comunicación

• Mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y capacidad para transformar estrategia en ejecución

• Nivel fluido de español e inglés
