From Temporing we are looking for a Luxury Hotel Manager for a prestigious hotel located in the center of Barcelona.

Functions:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring proper task assignment and compliance with quality standards.

• Ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept in perfect condition of cleanliness and order.

• Carry out regular inspections of rooms and common areas to verify compliance with hotel standards.

• Manage and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.

• Coordinate and plan room maintenance in consultation with the hotel maintenance department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar position in the hotel sector.

• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Great attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Language skills.

Desde Temporing estamos buscando un/a Gobernante/a de Hotel de lujo para un prestigioso hotel ubicado en el centro de Barcelona.

Funciones:

• Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del personal de limpieza, garantizando la asignación adecuada de tareas y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.

• Asegurar que todas las habitaciones y áreas comunes se mantengan en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden.

• Realizar inspecciones regulares de las habitaciones y áreas comunes para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel.

• Gestionar y controlar el inventario de suministros de limpieza y artículos de tocador, realizando pedidos cuando sea necesario.

• Coordinar y planificar el mantenimiento de las habitaciones en consulta con el departamento de mantenimiento del hotel.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa mínima de dos años en un puesto similar en el sector hotelero.

• Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar a un equipo.

• Gran atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas destacadas.

• Conocimiento de los estándares de limpieza y normas de seguridad.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos.

• Conocimiento de idiomas.
