Entertainment Staff / Activities Coordinator - Los Cristianos

At Temporing, we are looking for an Entertainment Staff Member / Activities Coordinator to work on weekends at a well-known resort located in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

• Organization and execution of recreational, sports, and leisure activities for all types of audiences (children, youth, and adults).

• Daytime and evening entertainment: hosting shows, contests, games, and themed events.

• Encouraging guest participation in the various activities and fostering a dynamic and positive atmosphere.

• Collaborating with the entertainment team to plan the resort's activity schedule.

• Attending to and accompanying guests, ensuring a fun, safe, and inclusive experience.

• Overseeing the materials and spaces used for the various recreational and sports activities.

• Supporting the creation of content and creative proposals tailored to the profile of the guests.

• Substitution contract.

• €13.97 gross per hour.

Tourism, catering, and hospitality

• Previous experience as an entertainment staff member, leisure activity monitor, or in guest services within tourist environments.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, ability to energize groups, and an outgoing personality.

• Advanced level of English (other languages are a plus).

• Availability to work on weekends.

• Residence in the Los Cristianos area or surrounding areas is valued, as is availability for immediate start.

• Teamwork skills, creativity, and responsibility.

Desde Temporing seleccionamos un/a Animador/a para trabajar los fines de semana en un reconocido complejo turístico ubicado en Los Cristianos, Tenerife.

• Organización y ejecución de actividades recreativas, deportivas y de ocio para todo tipo de público (infantil, juvenil y adulto).

• Animación diurna y nocturna: realización de espectáculos, concursos, juegos y eventos temáticos.

• Fomento de la participación de clientes en las distintas actividades y generación de un ambiente dinámico y positivo.

• Colaboración con el equipo de animación para planificar el calendario de actividades del establecimiento.

• Atención y acompañamiento a las personas usuarias, asegurando una experiencia divertida, segura e inclusiva.

• Supervisión de materiales y espacios utilizados en las distintas propuestas lúdicas y deportivas.

• Apoyo en la elaboración de contenidos y propuestas creativas adaptadas al perfil de los/as visitantes.

• Contrato por sustitución.

• Jornada completa.

• 13,97€ brutos/hora.

Turismo restauración y hostelería

• Experiencia previa como animador/a turístico/a, monitor/a de ocio y tiempo libre, o en atención al público en entornos turísticos.

• Habilidades de comunicación, empatía, capacidad de dinamización de grupos y actitud extrovertida.

• Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).

• Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana.

• Valorable residencia en la zona de Los Cristianos o alrededores y disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.

• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, creatividad y responsabilidad.
