From Temporing we are looking for an apartment receptionist to join a leading temporary accommodation company located on the island of Lanzarote in Puerto del Carmen.

Functions:

• Manage the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Provide guests with information and assistance about the facilities and services available.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and cleaning team to ensure the apartments are always in optimal condition.
• Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and make updates in the internal apartment management system.
• Promote and offer additional services to guests to enhance their experience.

Desde Temporing estamos buscando un/a recepcionista de apartamentos para integrarse en una empresa líder en alojamientos temporales ubicada en la isla de Lanzarote en Puerto del Carmen.

Funciones:

• Gestionar el proceso de check-in y check-out de los huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia fluida y sin contratiempos.
• Proporcionar información y asistencia a los huéspedes sobre las instalaciones y servicios disponibles.
• Coordinar con el equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza para garantizar que los apartamentos estén siempre en condiciones óptimas.
• Manejar y resolver incidencias o quejas de los huéspedes de manera profesional y eficiente.
