Site Manager for New Residential Housing

An important construction company needs to add a permanent morning-shift member to its team: a site manager to work on new residential housing projects.

Duties:

• Supervise the execution and quality of work on site.

• Ensure compliance with the budget and construction schedule.

• Carry out the monthly site closing for cost control.

• Certifications, production, and monthly certification forecasting.

• Manage purchases and invoice approvals.

• Visits with the Technical Management and the Property Owner.

• Coordinate the final settlement and price review upon completion of the project.

• You will report to the Group Manager and the Delegate.

• Compliance with the Health and Safety Plan and the quality and environmental plans.

Conditions:

- Contract: permanent

-Salary: €50,000 gross per year

EUR 50,000 per year

-Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

-Work location: Guadalajara

• • Education: Technical or Higher Architect, Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals and Ports).
• • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Site Manager or 4 years as an Assistant Site Manager in residential building construction.
• • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, and AutoCAD. Proficiency in ERP for construction management (experience with the Sigrid ERP is valued) and knowledge of Project.

Funciones:

• Supervisar la ejecución y calidad de los trabajos en obra.

• Cumplimiento del presupuesto y planificación de la obra.

• Realizar el cierre mensual de obra para el control de costes.

• Certificaciones, Producción y previsión de certificación mensual.

• Gestionar las compras y aprobaciones de facturas.

• Visitas con Dirección Facultativa y Propiedad.

• Coordinar la liquidación y revisión de precios al finalizar la obra.

• Reportarás al Jefe de Grupo y Delegado.

• Cumplimiento con el Plan de Seguridad y Salud y los planos de calidad y medio ambiente.

Condiciones:

-Contrato: indefinido

-Salario:50.000 €/b/anuales

EUR 50,000 per year

-Horario: De lunes a jueves de 8.00 a 18.00 y viernes 8.00 a 14.30
