About the role
An important construction company needs to add a permanent morning-shift member to its team: a site manager to work on new residential housing projects.
What you'll do
Duties:
• Supervise the execution and quality of work on site.
• Ensure compliance with the budget and construction schedule.
• Carry out the monthly site closing for cost control.
• Certifications, production, and monthly certification forecasting.
• Manage purchases and invoice approvals.
• Visits with the Technical Management and the Property Owner.
• Coordinate the final settlement and price review upon completion of the project.
• You will report to the Group Manager and the Delegate.
• Compliance with the Health and Safety Plan and the quality and environmental plans.

Requirements
- • Education: Technical or Higher Architect, Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals and Ports).
