About the role

🚧 Are you passionate about safety and prevention in industrial and construction environments? This opportunity is for you 👷‍♂️✨

We are looking for a professional to lead the integration of prevention in the day-to-day operations of our rebar plant and on the various construction sites, working with a clear goal: zero accidents ✅

💡 Your mission will be to coordinate preventive activity and ensure everything operates under the company's safety, health, and environmental standards.

What you'll do

🔎 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

✔️ Coordinate and supervise the different parties involved: prevention service, mutual insurance company, subcontractors, and audits

✔️ Carry out site visits to follow up on rebar assembly work

✔️ Review safety documentation (risk assessments, emergency plans, etc.) 📄

✔️ Drive and follow up on action plans to reduce accidents and incidents

✔️ Ensure compliance with regulations on occupational health and safety and the environment 🌱

✔️ Advise area managers and teams on any questions or situations related to HSE

✔️ Coordinate preventive activity with contractors and subcontractors

✔️ Participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents

How you'll work

🕐 Working hours:

  • Without site work: 07:00 to 15:00
  • With site work: 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)

💻 Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Office, SAP, ProSafety, and Preinfa

🌍 Languages: Spanish (essential) and English will be valued
