What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience as a Logistics and Traffic Management Administrator, of at least 6 months

Training: Knowledge in logistics, transport, or international trade.

• Organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Good communication skills to deal with customers, carriers, and

internal team.

• Technical knowledge: Good command of basic IT tools

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Coordinate routes and shipments, seeking the best route and space option for each

load.

• Manage transport bookings.

• Maintain fluid contact with carriers, agents, and customers.

• Track loads, anticipating and resolving incidents.

• Manage administrative and customs documentation linked to each shipment.

• Negotiate rates and schedules with carriers.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: 40 hours per week

💰 Salary: 24,000 gross per year

📅 Schedule: morning and afternoon
