Maritime Transport / Logistics Sales Representative (m/f/x) - Santa Cruz de Tenerife

We are looking to bring on board a Transport / Logistics Sales Representative for an established company in the sector, mainly focused on maritime transport.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the development and maintenance of the client portfolio, combining field sales work with management and follow-up from the office.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Carry out in-person sales visits to companies and potential clients, approximately 3 days a week, with the aim of identifying new business opportunities.

✔️ Acquire new clients and develop business relationships within the transport and logistics sector, especially in the field of maritime transport.

✔️ Maintain and retain the existing client portfolio, carrying out continuous follow-up on their needs and contracted services.

✔️ Identify new business opportunities, present the company's services and prepare commercial proposals tailored to each client's needs.

✔️ Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on opportunities until the deal is closed.

✔️ Manage from the office the follow-up of clients, budgets, commercial opportunities and actions carried out during visits.

✔️ Maintain fluid communication with clients and carry out follow-up afterwards to ensure their satisfaction and identify new needs.

✔️ Analyze the market and identify potential companies and sectors that may require transport and logistics services.

✔️ Coordinate with the different departments of the company to ensure proper management of the services offered to the client.

🚨 Important: we are specifically looking for sales experience within the transport/logistics sector. Sales experience in other sectors is not required unless you have previously worked in transport or logistics.

🎯 What we offer:

🎯 Contract: Initial temporary contract of 3 months, with real possibility of joining the permanent staff with an indefinite contract after this period.

💰 Salary: €28,000 gross/year, adjustable according to experience. No variable pay.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

🚗 Company car for carrying out the sales activity.

🅿️ Parking space at the facilities.

🚀 Planned start date: September/October.

¿Tienes experiencia comercial dentro del sector del transporte y la logística y conoces el funcionamiento del sector, especialmente el transporte marítimo? ¡Esta puede ser tu oportunidad!

Buscamos incorporar un/a Comercial de Transporte / Logística para una empresa consolidada del sector, principalmente enfocada al transporte marítimo.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de la cartera de clientes, combinando el trabajo comercial en calle con la gestión y seguimiento desde oficina.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Realizar visitas comerciales presenciales a empresas y potenciales clientes, aproximadamente 3 días a la semana, con el objetivo de detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

✔️ Captar nuevos clientes y desarrollar relaciones comerciales dentro del sector transporte y logística, especialmente en el ámbito del transporte marítimo.

✔️ Mantener y fidelizar la cartera de clientes existente, realizando un seguimiento continuo de sus necesidades y servicios contratados.

✔️ Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, presentar los servicios de la empresa y elaborar propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente.

✔️ Negociar condiciones comerciales y realizar el seguimiento de las oportunidades hasta el cierre de la operación.

✔️ Gestionar desde oficina el seguimiento de clientes, presupuestos, oportunidades comerciales y acciones realizadas durante las visitas.

✔️ Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes y realizar un seguimiento posterior para garantizar su satisfacción y detectar nuevas necesidades.

✔️ Analizar el mercado y detectar posibles empresas y sectores que puedan requerir servicios de transporte y logística.

✔️ Coordinarse con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa para asegurar una correcta gestión de los servicios ofrecidos al cliente.

🚨 Importante: buscamos específicamente experiencia comercial dentro del sector transporte/logística. No es necesario tener experiencia comercial en otros sectores si no se ha trabajado previamente en transporte o logística.

🎯 Lo que ofrecemos:

🎯 Contrato: Contrato temporal inicial de 3 meses, con posibilidad real de incorporación a plantilla con contrato indefinido después de este periodo.

💰 Salario: 28.000 € brutos/año, ajustable según experiencia. Sin variables.

📅 Horario: De lunes a viernes, de 8:30 a 13:30 h y de 14:30 a 17:30 h.

🚗 Coche de empresa para el desarrollo de la actividad comercial.

🅿️ Plaza de aparcamiento en las instalaciones.

🚀 Incorporación prevista: septiembre/octubre.
