After-Sales Back Office & Data Analyst (m/f/x)

About the position

Do you have experience as an AFTER-SALES BACK OFFICE & DATA ANALYST or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Murcia.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Business Intelligence & Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and advanced Excel to monitor key after-sales KPIs, billing, and workshop performance across the entire group.

✔️ Process automation.

✔️ Optimization and Digitalization: Actively participate in improving the company's ERP and apply automations (RPA, workflows, and Artificial Intelligence) to increase the efficiency of after-sales processes.

✔️ Warranty and Risk Control: Process, manage, and track warranty files and claims with manufacturers, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper document management.

✔️ Group Administrative Support and Management: Control billing, delivery notes, and workshop records, and ensure the correct document traceability of the group's operations.

✔️ Multi-center Coordination: Serve as a key liaison for incident management, deadline communication, and derived work in coordination with our four main centers (Granada, Alicante, Murcia, and Almería).

🎯 Contract: Temporary/Permanent

💰 Salary: €35,000 gross per year

📅 Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

¿Tienes experiencia como BACKOFFICE POSTVENTA & DATA ANALYST o te gustaría dar el salto a este sector? ¡Esta puede ser tu oportunidad! Estamos buscando a personas con ganas de trabajar en Murcia.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Business Intelligence & Análisis de Datos: Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes en Power BI y Excel avanzado para monitorizar los KPI´s clave de postventa, facturación y rendimiento de los talleres de todo el grupo.

✔️Automatización de procesos.

✔️Optimización y Digitalización: Participar activamente en la mejora del ERP de la compañía y aplicar automatizaciones (RPA, flujos de trabajo e Inteligencia Artificial) para incrementar la eficiencia de los procesos de postventa.

✔️Control de Garantías y Riesgos: Tramitar, gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de expedientes de garantías y reclamaciones con fabricantes, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y la correcta gestión documental.

✔️Soporte y Gestión Administrativa de Grupo: Controlar la facturación, albaranes, registros de taller y asegurar la correcta trazabilidad documental de las operaciones del grupo.

✔️Coordinación Multi-centro: Servir de enlace clave para la gestión de incidencias, comunicación de plazos y trabajos derivados en coordinación con nuestros cuatro centros principales (Granada, Alicante, Murcia y Almería).

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Temporal/Indefinido

💰 Salario: 35.000€ brutos anuales

📅 Horario: 8:00 a 16:30 de Lunes a Viernes
