About the position

Do you have experience as a teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in the Zuatzu business park in Donosti.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Handling customer calls to resolve incidents, service queries, and technical support.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: stable position, permanent contract starting 07/27/2026

💰 Salary: €8.78/hour

📅 Schedule: 30-hour work week from Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends. Morning shift from 10:00 to 16:00 and afternoon shift from 15:00 to 21:00 or 16:00 to 22:00 (occasionally until 00:00)

🏆 Training: from 07/20/2026 to 07/24/2026 ONLINE from 9:00-15:00
