CIDETEC Energy Storage will select a person to join its Battery Testing unit, whose laboratory tests the batteries of the future for all types of applications: from automotive to aerospace.

Your contribution

You will join one of the battery testing laboratories with the highest capabilities in Europe during a phase of significant expansion. You will work on large-scale projects for renowned clients.

Your role will focus on:

  • Commissioning of test equipment, assembly of tested elements (e.g., jigs, sensors), high-power electrical connections, and integration of instrumentation elements.
  • Interaction and negotiation with suppliers, as well as collaboration with other areas of the organization, including R&D technical teams or Facilities and Purchasing.
  • Design, assembly, and disassembly of electromechanical components used in the execution of projects, following strict execution procedures.
  • Providing support for other electromechanical needs as required.
  • Preparation of reports and related documentation regarding quality.
  • Maintenance of equipment and the work area in optimal conditions.

Knowledge

The person joining must demonstrate solid knowledge in:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable proactive and results-oriented profile.
  • High attention to detail and a sense of commitment.

Experience

Experience in a laboratory environment, testing center, automotive industry, or energy storage systems will be valued.
