What are we looking for?

🔹Native Italian or C1 level (a test will be conducted)

🔹Previous experience in customer service (valued, but not essential).

🔹Good command of office automation tools.

🔹Availability to complete hybrid training from 07/24 to 07/31 from 09:00 to 15:00

✔️ Customer service via phone calls to resolve inquiries and customer requests.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Fixed-term (38.5 hours per week).

💰 Salary: €9.70 gross per hour

📅 Schedule: Monday to Sunday, afternoon shift from 09:00 to 18:00
