What are we looking for?

• Availability to complete hybrid training from 06/24 to 07/14 during the MORNING schedule (9 AM to 3 PM).
• Previous experience as a teleoperator (valued, but not essential).
• Availability to work in a rotating AFTERNOON shift, between 3 PM - 12 AM.

About the position

Do you have experience as a Teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in one of the most important Contact Centers in the sector nationally and internationally, with headquarters located in SAN JUAN DE AZNALFARACHE (SEVILLE).

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Handle requests and inquiries from customers of a leading company in the banking sector.

✔️ Provide support and banking operations, both by telephone and online via the web and APP.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary for 25 hours per week. Expected start date from July 15th to September 30th, with the possibility of continuity. Work mode: ON-SITE.

💰 Salary: 8.78 per hour + attractive bonuses and incentives.

📅 Schedule: Rotating AFTERNOON shift, between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

🏆 Extras: Training provided by the company, where everything necessary about the banking sector will be explained.

--> Training: From 06/24 to 07/14 (2 weeks online and the final week on-site, in the MORNING schedule (from 9 AM to 3 PM).
