We are seeking a candidate with a solid technical foundation and a holistic view of software development, capable of combining hands-on development with technical leadership, participation in architectural decision-making, and direct collaboration with stakeholders and the client.

What will your mission be?

As a Lead Full Stack Java Developer, you will participate in the design, development, and evolution of mission-critical enterprise applications, serving as a technical reference for the team and collaborating closely with the client in defining and implementing technological solutions.

You will play a significant role in technical decision-making, ensuring that the designed solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Angular.
• Analyze functional requirements and transform them into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Actively participate in the design of microservices-based architectures.
• Define development best practices and promote quality standards within the team.
• Technically lead development initiatives and serve as a reference for other team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and propose effective solutions.
• Design and implement REST APIs following modern integration standards.
• Participate in defining testing and automation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and development practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Participate in estimations, technical definition of initiatives, and development planning.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Como Lead Full Stack Java Developer, participarás en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones empresariales de misión crítica, siendo además un referente técnico para el equipo y colaborando estrechamente con el cliente en la definición e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web utilizando Java y Angular.
• Analizar requerimientos funcionales y transformarlos en soluciones técnicas escalables y sostenibles.
• Participar activamente en el diseño de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
• Definir buenas prácticas de desarrollo y promover estándares de calidad dentro del equipo.
• Liderar técnicamente iniciativas de desarrollo y servir como referente para otros miembros del equipo.
• Realizar revisiones de código y garantizar la calidad técnica de las entregas.
• Colaborar con clientes y stakeholders para comprender las necesidades de negocio y proponer soluciones eficaces.
• Diseñar e implementar APIs REST siguiendo estándares modernos de integración.
