Assistant Store Manager - The North Face (Madrid)

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join The North Face at our store on Calle del Carmen, Madrid.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store, leading the team, and contributing to the achievement of commercial and operational goals.

What will you do?

- Support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Drive sales and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor key business indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Ensure compliance with the brand's operational and visual standards.
- Manage daily store operations, stock, and team scheduling.
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a retail leadership position.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Results-oriented profile with a focus on customer service.
- Organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English level valued.
- Availability to work flexible hours.

Hiring Range:

Como Assistant Store Manager, desempeñarás un papel clave apoyando al Store Manager en la gestión diaria de la tienda, liderando al equipo y contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos comerciales y operativos.

¿Qué harás?

- Apoyar al Store Manager en la gestión integral de la tienda.
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas.
- Impulsar las ventas y asegurar una excelente experiencia de cliente.
- Supervisar los principales indicadores de negocio y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos y visuales de la marca.
- Gestionar la operativa diaria de tienda, stock y organización del equipo.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de la tienda en ausencia del Store Manager.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Experiencia previa como Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor/a o posición de liderazgo en retail.
- Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de equipos.
- Perfil orientado a resultados y atención al cliente.
- Capacidad de organización, toma de decisiones y liderazgo.
- Nivel medio-alto de inglés valorable.
- Disponibilidad horaria.
