We are looking to add to our Health Surveillance team an Occupational Medicine Specialist Physician who shares this mission and wants to be the approachable face of our purpose in A Coruña.

Your goal will be to become the pillar of trust for workers' health, promoting healthy habits and proactively detecting any needs.

What you'll do

  • Lead Clinical Excellence: You will provide service to client companies through high-quality medical examinations, covering their needs and ensuring close, empathetic care.
  • Communicate and Validate with Rigor: You will prepare and validate the reports corresponding to health examinations and general medical reports, ensuring effective communication of results to clients.
  • Analyze to Prevent: You will review companies' risk assessments to thoroughly understand job positions and their risks. In addition, you will manage the study of Occupational Diseases to proactively apply it in examinations.
  • Innovate and Educate: You will deliver training activities related to your specialty both to clients and as initial training for the Health Surveillance team upon their onboarding. You will propose new specific health protocols to the Area Manager for their clinical application.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: You will communicate improvements, deficiencies, or complaints to the Department Manager to optimize processes and ensure client satisfaction.
