Internship – Marketing (German speaker)

We recently landed in Spain and we're ready to shake up the solar energy market for businesses. We want to make some noise and build our brand, and to do that we need fresh, creative talent. Here, on the left (or below, if you're looking at this on your phone), you'll find plenty of job postings for "the new intern," "the one who replaces...", but there aren't many opportunities to be the first person in a role. 0% comparisons, 100% getting the job done and learning your own way. Sounds good, right?

We're looking for someone who loves telling stories and shaping them across different formats. You don't get the chance every day to join a brand and make it your own (with the team's help, of course. We know exactly how far an intern's workload goes).

You'll be part of the Marketing team and help build the brand (and generate leads) for a B2B solar energy company. You'll create content for social media, blogs, and other communication channels, ensuring the brand voice is consistent and engaging. You'll work closely with design and strategy to develop impactful campaigns that connect with our audience and convey our mission of sustainable energy.

It's an opportunity to get right into the thick of a marketing team that's taking off and get involved in everything. All you have to do is roll up your sleeves, learn, and take part in: PR, storytelling, video creation, copy, social media engagement, news production, events, email marketing, paid campaigns (Google, Meta, and other channels), lead generation... a bit of everything.

• Are you passionate about words, writing, storytelling, and content marketing?
• Have you studied Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or something similar?
• Do you enjoy coming up with content strategies that connect with the audience?
• Are you the kind of person who always has a post, a piece of copy, or an idea in your head? And are those ideas visual too?
• Are you interested in the digital world, AI, and social media trends?
• Do you have a curious, data-driven mindset?
• Are you fluent in English and Spanish?

Work location: We have offices in Zaragoza, Barcelona, and Madrid. This position is based in central Barcelona (Pau Clarís with Mallorca, a stone's throw from La Pedrera), but you'll need to travel to other cities occasionally. We want to see your bright face in the office at least four days a week. Why? Because great things happen when we're together: think brainstorming sessions, quick chats, and the magic of face-to-face teamwork.

Contract: This is a paid 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension.

Hemos aterrizado recientemente en España y ya estamos listos para revolucionar el mercado de la energía solar para empresas. Queremos hacer ruido y consolidar nuestra marca, y para eso necesitamos talento fresco y creativo. Aquí, a la izquierda (o debajo, si lo estás mirando en el móvil), podrás encontrar muchas ofertas para ser “la nueva de prácticas”, “el que sustituye a…”, pero no hay muchas oportunidades de ser la primera persona que entra en ese puesto. 0% comparaciones, 100% de hacer el trabajo y aprender a tu manera. Suena bien, ¿verdad?

Estamos buscando a alguien que ame contar historias y darles forma a través de distintos formatos. No todos los días se tiene la oportunidad de entrar en una marca y hacerla tuya (con ayuda del equipo, eso sí. Que sabemos hasta dónde llega el trabajo de una persona de prácticas).

Lo que harás:

Serás parte del equipo de Marketing y ayudarás a construir la marca (y a captar leads) de una empresa de energía solar B2B. Crearás contenido para redes sociales, blogs y otros canales de comunicación, asegurando que la voz de la marca sea coherente y atractiva. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diseño y estrategia para desarrollar campañas impactantes que conecten con nuestra audiencia y transmitan nuestra misión de energía sostenible.

Es una oportunidad para entrar hasta la cocina de un equipo de marketing en pleno despegue e involucrarte en todo. Sólo tienes que remangarte, aprender y participar en acciones de: PR, storytelling, creación de vídeos, copy, dinamización de redes sociales, producción de noticias, eventos, email marketing, campañas paid (Google, Meta y otros canales), Lead generation… de todo un poco.

Ahora, una ronda de preguntas:

• ¿Te apasionan las palabras, escribir, el storytelling y el marketing de contenidos?
• ¿Has estudiado Marketing, Periodismo, Comunicación o algo similar?
• ¿Te gusta pensar en estrategias de contenido que conecten con la audiencia?
• ¿Eres de las personas que siempre tienen un post, un copy o una idea en la cabeza? ¿Y esas ideas, también son audiovisuales?
• ¿Te interesa el mundo digital, la AI y las tendencias de redes sociales?
• ¿Tienes una mentalidad curiosa y orientada a los datos?
• ¿Dominas el inglés y español?

Lugar de trabajo: Disponemos de oficinas en Zaragoza, Barcelona y Madrid. Este puesto tiene su base en Barcelona centro (Pau Clarís con Mallorca, a un paso de la Pedrera), ​​pero tendrás que viajar a otras ciudades ocasionalmente. Queremos ver tu cara brillante al menos cuatro días a la semana en la oficina. ¿Por qué? Porque suceden grandes cosas cuando estamos juntos: piensa en las lluvias de ideas, las charlas rápidas y la magia del trabajo en equipo cara a cara.

Contrato: Esta es una posición de prácticas remuneradas de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión.
