I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely connect!

• We love volunteering, but we prefer to be activists for change. How? By focusing on young people at risk of social exclusion or fighting against climate change with actions such as reforestation of forests in Madrid and in the Doñana Park. In 2024, we completed more than 20,000 hours of activism.

And you might wonder: Leyre, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask me this (I asked myself the same thing at the time):

You will support the Events & Sponsorship team in the organization and execution of projects that have a direct impact on our brand. In your day-to-day:

• You will write and manage the area's communication plan: newsletters, invitations, reminders, surveys, and social media content.
• You will coordinate the distribution of tickets and invitations, both internally and externally.
• You will ensure that all communications and activations comply with the Zurich brand image.
• You will collaborate in the production of events, from the planning phase to on-site execution, including guest management.
• You will provide support to the team in the organization, monitoring, and coordination of projects.
• You will support the relationship with suppliers to ensure efficient execution with high quality standards.

By now, you're probably wondering, how do I know if I fit in?

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• Interest or experience in events, travel, or project management.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• High level of English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactivity and autonomy to organize yourself and complete tasks.
• Creativity to contribute ideas and improve processes.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different stakeholders.

• Ability to establish a collaboration agreement with a University and/or Business School for a minimum of 6 months is required.
• We keep growing and if this works out, we'd love to have you on board!
• Part-time schedule (5 hours a day in the morning from Monday to Friday).
• The location will be at our Barcelona offices.
• These are paid internships of €800.

Apoyarás al equipo de Eventos & Sponsorship en la organización y ejecución de proyectos que tienen un impacto directo en nuestra marca. En tu día a día:

• Redactarás y gestionarás el plan de comunicación del área: newsletters, invitaciones, recordatorios, encuestas y contenidos para redes sociales.
• Coordinarás la distribución de entradas e invitaciones, tanto a nivel interno como externo.
• Asegurarás que todas las comunicaciones y activaciones cumplen con la imagen de marca Zurich.
• Colaborarás en la producción de eventos, desde la fase de planificación hasta la ejecución in situ, incluyendo la gestión de invitados.
• Darás soporte al equipo en la organización, seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos.
• Apoyarás la relación con proveedores para garantizar una ejecución eficiente y con altos estándares de calidad.

A estas alturas, te estarás preguntando, ¿cómo sé si encajo?

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Interés o experiencia en eventos, viajes o gestión de proyectos.
• Buen nivel de redacción y comunicación.
• Nivel alto de inglés (oral y escrito).
• Manejo de herramientas Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
• Proactividad y autonomía para organizarte y sacar adelante tareas.
• Creatividad para aportar ideas y mejorar procesos.
• Organización y atención al detalle.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinarte con distintos interlocutores.
