This plan is not a typical sales position. It is a professional development itinerary, designed so that you can learn the business from the inside, gain experience, confidence, and autonomy, and build your own client portfolio sustainably.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Your mission will be to accompany individuals and companies during important moments of their lives, helping them protect what matters most to them. You will learn to detect their needs, advise them in a close and professional manner, and offer insurance solutions adapted to each situation.

Your day-to-day will combine commercial activity, continuous learning, and the development of your own project. You will build relationships of trust, grow your client portfolio, and work with clear objectives, always with the support of training, digital tools, and a team that will be there to accompany you.

And now the important part: will I fit in here?

I am not going to ask you to meet 100% of the requirements or to come from the insurance sector. What we are looking for is attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow. Although we are primarily looking for people in Málaga and Valencia, we are always open to finding the TOP Talent, regardless of where they are located.

This plan is for you if you are motivated by interacting with people, if you are well-organized, take responsibility for your goals, and are attracted to a project with a long-term vision. Previous experience in sales or customer service will be valued, but it is not essential. What is truly important is your potential and your willingness to learn.
