Hello!

I'm Leyre, the recruiter for this position. I love writing and reading horror stories, but what I enjoy most is a good family meal with the people I love most. If you like seventies and eighties music as much as I do, we'll definitely connect!

Let's get straight to the point! I'll try to summarize our DNA in 2 points:

• We love volunteering, but we prefer to be activists for change. How? By focusing on young people at risk of social exclusion or fighting against climate change with actions such as reforestation of forests in Madrid and in the Doñana Park. In 2024, we completed more than 20,000 hours of activism.
• At Zurich, we say it loud and clear: we are proud of our colors and we believe that a diverse team makes a difference. Here we don't talk about disability, we talk about ability. And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you're asking this question (I asked it myself at the time):

• You will provide administrative support to the commercial team, managing processes such as registrations, cancellations, purchases, or mergers, contributing to their ability to focus on sales.
• You will ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines, guaranteeing the correct execution of processes and good operational management.
• You will act as a point of support for the commercial team, adapting to their urgencies and needs with flexibility and a service-oriented approach.
• You will facilitate smooth collaboration, balancing business support with the necessary rigor in internal processes.

By now, you're probably wondering, how do I know if I fit in?

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or to meet 100% of the requirements.

• If you have an administrative profile with a good digital foundation, comfortable managing processes and tools agilely (whether you come from Law, Economics, or other related degrees that have provided you with analytical and management skills).
• If you are a versatile person with an ability to adapt, capable of prioritizing, adjusting to different rhythms, and responding in environments with changing needs.
• If you have good communication skills and "tact", knowing how to collaborate with commercial teams, support them in their day-to-day, and at the same time, guide them in complying with deadlines, regulations, and internal processes.
• If you have a level of English, it will be a plus.

• Ability to enter into a collaboration agreement with a University and/or Business School for a minimum of 12 months is required.
• We keep growing and if this works out, we'd love to have you on board!
• Part-time schedule (5 hours a day in the morning from Monday to Friday).
• The location will be at our offices in Valencia.
• These are paid internships of 800€.
• Additionally, you will have access to training, and much more!
