  • To collaborate with the rest of the areas in the application of laws and regulations in the initiatives and projects that each of them promotes within the organization.
  • To manage the organization of Shareholders' Meetings and General Assemblies, as well as the delegation of powers of the Company, in order to prepare the documentation and activities necessary to comply with the relevant laws and regulations and the policies of Compañía Cervecera de Canarias and AB InBev.
  • To participate in forums and projects promoted by the AB InBev legal department in order to implement its initiatives within the company in the Canary Islands.
  • To act as Secretary of the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.
