Immigration Services Specialist Lawyer

What will you be able to do? 

You will join the Immigration area within the Expatriate Management group, where you will provide immigration advisory services in the following matters:

• Legal research and advisory services in immigration matters.
• Processing of work permits (ICT, PAC, Startups Act, general regime, investors...).
• Assistance with EU citizens, PWD, consular services...
• Coordination with offices in destination countries.

What do you need to know?

• We are looking for professionals with a degree in Law.
• Previous experience of 1 to 4 years in immigration services.
• English level: advanced.

¿Qué podrás hacer? 

Formarás parte del área Migratoria en el grupo de Gestión de Expatriados, donde realizarás asesoramiento migratorio en las siguientes materias:

• Estudios y asesoramiento legal en materia migratoria.
• Tramitación de permisos de trabajo (ICT, PAC, Ley de StartUps, régimen general, inversores…).
• Asistencia con ciudadanos UE, PWD, servicios consulares…
• Coordinación con oficinas en países destino.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

• Buscamos profesionales graduados en Derecho.
• Experiencia previa de 1 a 4 años en servicios migratorios.
• Nivel de inglés: avanzado.
