About the role

To continue providing first-class service, we are looking for a RESTAURANT WAITER/WAITRESS to join our team at the ABBA Comillas Hotel. What you'll do

  • Customer service: Provide excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Food and beverage service: Carry out the sale and service of food and beverages with the utmost professionalism.
  • Dining room preparation: Organize and prepare the assigned area for service, leaving it ready for the next shift.
  • Reservation management: Coordinate and manage restaurant reservations.
  • Setup and takedown: Set up and take down service areas in the restaurant, function rooms, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, and other venues.
  • Billing and payment processing: Handle guest billing and payments, ensuring the cash drawer is balanced.
  • Waste management: Handle and sort waste from the dining area, taking it to the appropriate containers.
  • Cleaning: Keep all necessary items clean, such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, and carts.
  • Order management: Place orders with the purchasing department, receive them, and organize them.
