In the Consulting area, we work alongside our clients to transform their financial models, optimize processes, and adopt digital solutions that generate a real impact on working capital management, treasury, and international operations. We are looking for individuals with analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric approach who want to develop their careers in modern treasury and financial transformation projects.

What will you do?

• Design and implement cash flow forecasting models, position analysis, intraday liquidity, and optimization solutions such as cash pooling or report automation.

• Supporting the improvement of Trade Finance processes: letters of credit, bank guarantees, import/export financing and supply chain finance solutions.

• Collaborate in the implementation or improvement of financial systems such as SAP Cash Management, TRM, BCM or TMS (Kyriba, Serrala).

• Participate in digital transformation projects in treasury, task automation and end-to-end improvement of financial processes.

The position is based in Madrid and operates on a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and develop clear technical recommendations to improve liquidity, risk control, and operational efficiency.

• Document treasury flows, trade finance processes, and reporting models aligned with industry best practices.

• Interact with internal financial areas, banks, and suppliers to ensure proper operation and the implementation of technological solutions.

• Contribute to the planning, monitoring and execution of consulting initiatives, managing deliverables and ensuring the quality of the technical analysis.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, transaction banking or trade finance.

• Solid knowledge of cash flow forecasting models, liquidity management, financial instruments and regulatory reporting.

• Experience with SAP in modules such as Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, Bank Communication Management or Multi-Bank Connectivity.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheets and familiarity with TMS (Kyriba, Serrala).

• Valuable knowledge in Power BI, international standards and certifications such as ACT, CFA level 1 or training in treasury or risk.

Technical and functional knowledge:

• Functional knowledge of banking products related to treasury, cash management and cash pooling.

• Desirable familiarity with associated regulatory and operational aspects.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with business and technology profiles.

• Autonomy, results-oriented approach and collaborative profile.

• Clear mental structure and customer orientation.

Languages:

• Spanish (essential).
