We are looking for a Quality Inspector for the aeronautical sector who will participate directly in the manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and maintenance activities of aeronautical components. The role is performed 100% at the client site, working in close collaboration with production teams to ensure product conformity with the highest quality standards and applicable aeronautical requirements.
The position is based in Madrid and/or Seville under an on-site work model. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
Responsibilities:
Perform product inspections in accordance with blueprints, manufacturing documentation, verification instructions, and quality requirements.
Inspect and accept products only within the authorized scope (technology, activity, and program/product).
Identify, document, and escalate non-conformities.
Record inspection results with full traceability (inspection status, observations, acceptance).
Apply prevention rules related to Foreign Objects (FO), Industrial Means Damage (DIM), and quality deviations.
Support internal and client audits when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
Early detection of quality issues.
Support quality investigations and root cause analysis.
Contribute to quality inspection standards and improvements.
Improve and transform the Quality Life Cycle System (QLS).
Requirements:
Aeronautical/Aerospace Inspector or
EASA/EMAR Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License (B1 or B2), or
Regulated technical education in aerospace or industrial technologies, or
Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in aerospace manufacturing and/or assembly.
Spanish (Expert).
English (ability to understand documentation).

Funciones a realizar:
Realizar inspecciones de productos de acuerdo con los planos, la documentación de fabricación, las instrucciones de verificación y los requisitos de calidad.
Inspeccionar y aceptar productos únicamente dentro del alcance autorizado (tecnología, actividad y programa/producto).
Identificar, documentar y escalar las no conformidades.
Registrar los resultados de la inspección con trazabilidad completa (estado de la inspección, observaciones, aceptación).
Aplicar las reglas de prevención relacionadas con Objetos Extranjeros (FO), Daños por Medios Industriales (DIM) y desviaciones de calidad.
Apoyar auditorías internas, de clientes cuando se requiera.
Contribuir a la mejora continua mediante retroalimentación y lecciones aprendidas.
Detección temprana de problemas de calidad.
Apoyar investigaciones de calidad y análisis de causas raíz.
Contribuir a los estándares y mejoras de inspección de calidad.
Mejorar y transformar el Sistema del Ciclo de Vida de la Calidad (QLS).
Requisitos:
Inspector Aeronáutico/Aeroespacial o
Licencia de Mantenimiento de Aeronaves EASA/EMAR Parte 66 (B1 o B2), o
Educación técnica regulada en tecnologías aeroespaciales o industriales, o
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia demostrable en fabricación y/o ensamblaje aeroespacial.
