Functions:
Operational management of Social Security processes: processing maternity and paternity leaves, FIEs, FDIs, and management of associated administrative incidents.

Downloading and managing notifications through the Social Security website, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Preparation and sending of simple payroll reports using Excel and internal systems (SAP).
Responsibilities:
Execute administrative processes linked to payroll and Social Security, ensuring data quality in SAP.
Coordinate correct communication with official bodies through the use of digital platforms (Social Security, Siltra).
Analyze basic incidents in payroll processes and propose operational solutions.
Keep employee administrative records and documentation up to date.

Funciones:
Gestión operativa de procesos de Seguridad Social: tramitación de maternidades y paternidades, FIE's, FDI's y gestión de incidencias administrativas asociadas.
Generación, envío y validación de ficheros RNT y RLC mediante herramientas oficiales (Siltra cuando aplique).
Descarga y gestión de notificaciones a través de la web de la Seguridad Social, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos.
Elaboración y envío de informes sencillos de payroll utilizando Excel y sistemas internos (SAP).
Responsabilidades:
Ejecutar procesos administrativos vinculados a nómina y Seguridad Social asegurando la calidad del dato en SAP.
Coordinar la correcta comunicación con organismos oficiales mediante el uso de plataformas digitales (Seguridad Social, Siltra).
Analizar incidencias básicas en los procesos de payroll y proponer soluciones operativas.
Mantener actualizados los registros y documentación administrativa relativa a empleados.
