We are looking for a Senior Analyst Cloud Infrastructure / Security> with an interest in developing their career in the field of infrastructure and security, actively participating in the operation, improvement, and evolution of cloud environments and critical infrastructures.

Main Functions>

• Operate and provide support to cloud and on-premise infrastructures, ensuringcompliance with servicelevels, availability and security.

• Participate in monitoring, incident resolution and problem analysis in infrastructure and network environments.

• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives, automation and optimization of infrastructure services.

• Work alongside othertechnical and security teams to guaranteestable, secure environments aligned with corporatestandards.

Responsibilities>

• Management and operation of cloud infrastructures, including administration tasks, hardening and operational support.

• Support in network and security environments, applyingbestpractices for network security and access control.

• Participation in design and evolution activities for infrastructure, data center and associated services.

• Technical documentation of operational procedures, configurations and changes in the environments.

• Compliance with security policies, service governance and ITIL processes inproduction environments.

Requirements>

• Advanced knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure.

• At least 1 year of experience in roles related to infrastructure, cloud, networks or security.

• Experience in the Administration of Cyber Tools (CyberArk, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Netskope, etc.)

• Next generation firewall and VPN operations and Administration ( Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)

• English B2 (necessary to speak with international clients)

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.

Preferred Qualifications>

• Experience in Cisco Routing and Switching.

• PCNSA Certification

• CyberArk Certification (CDE)

• AZ-500 Certification

• Knowledge in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.

• Experience in Infrastructure Design and IT Infrastructure Operations.

• Intermediate knowledge in Network Security.

Modality and location>

The position is performed preferably from Madrid in a hybrid work model 80% remote and 20% on site.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
