Job description

Main responsibilities

  • Manage and control the complete project lifecycle, including supply contracts, subcontracting, joint ventures and clients.
  • Review, negotiate and draft contracts, annexes, addenda and amendments, in coordination with the legal, financial and technical departments.
  • Identify, analyze and manage contractual risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with the deadlines, milestones and obligations established in each contract, alerting in advance about possible deviations.
  • Manage disputes with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, including the quantification and documentation of damages.
  • Prepare and process change orders, scope variations, and requests for extension of time, ensuring their proper justification and registration.
  • Keep the contract file and associated document management systems up to date.
  • Coordinate and support project teams in the interpretation and application of contractual clauses.
  • Collaborate with the legal department in the management of disputes, arbitrations and conflict resolution procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the contractual status of the assigned project for presentation to management.

Candidate requirements

Academic background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
