YOUR MISSION
As a Finance Business Impact Lead, you act as the finance domain expert and solution architect for Aily App finance modules. Your mission is to embed Aily App into core corporate finance routines, enabling Fortune 500 companies to move faster from insight to action.
You own the Aily.fin client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring the finance product is fully deployed, trusted, and embedded into daily business routines to deliver measurable value and ROI. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as the finance domain expert and solution architect for Aily App finance modules:
Internally: Convert corporate finance routines and client context into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model accuracy, and shape the product roadmap and future high impact use cases.
Externally: Drive client value realization by leading product deployments, guiding data readiness, validating AI through business feedback, upskilling finance managers and C-level stakeholders, and accelerating time to value.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Solution Architecture

• Translate finance routines into product requirements and AI decision logic
• Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities and future use cases
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and readiness
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value
• Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights

Finance Authority in the Room

• Act as the trusted finance domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams
• Be the trusted advisor to C-level finance stakeholders and turn them into champions
• Represent finance user needs in product and roadmap discussions
• Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language
• Share your expertise with the domain team and mentor, coach and upskill the junior members

Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value

• Drive rollouts from entry-point finance use cases to enterprise-wide adoption
• Own time to first active user and time to routine across finance deployments
• Upskill and evangelize finance users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns

ABOUT YOU
Must have

• Strong understanding of corporate finance routines and enterprise decision-making
• 5+ / 7+ years of experience in finance consulting or corporate finance roles, with exposure to finance analytics or solution-oriented environments (IMPORTANT: seniority fir for Senior or Principal role will be assessed during the interview.).
• Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior
• Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
• Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
• Strong communication skills with senior finance and executive stakeholders

Strongly preferred

• Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
• Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
