Booking Agent

AIRE Ancient Baths is a group of unique wellness spaces inspired by the tradition of ancient thermal baths, combining water, relaxation, and wellness experiences in beautiful spaces across different cities around the world.

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our Contact Center team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Working from our offices and providing customer service and managing reservations for all AIRE centers internationally.

• Customer service via email, chat, and phone.

• Managing individual and group reservations.

• Resolving and following up on customer queries and issues.

Full training will be provided.

• Permanent contract, 40h/week (1 month trial period).

• 100% on-site at our Contact Center offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

• Sunday bonus: +€15.33/day.

• Public Holiday bonus: +€44.01/day.

• Transport bonus (00:00–06:00): +€6.56/day.

• Night bonus (22:00–06:00): +€1.96/hour.
