The role

As a Spa Attendant, your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our bath area, coordinating our experiences and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the team of therapists on duty.

  • Carry out the daily briefing at shift change with the therapists.

  • Assign treatments to therapists following a set of fair guidelines, as well as ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time.

  • Oversee that massages are performed according to protocols.

  • Manage the client experience within the bath area, which includes: greeting guests, explaining the thermal circuit, organizing the client's massage, serving drinks, accompanying guests to the massage area, and saying goodbye to them.

  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through constant supervision of the bath area. For example, lighting, pools, the condition of the loungers, etc.

  • Lead the training of new team members.

  • Provide direct support to the therapist coordinators and the therapist director.

Full training will be provided to learn our extensive list of treatments and operational protocols, and thus understand the know-how and work culture of AIRE.
