Assistant to Store Manager - ALDI Vilafranca - 40h Permanent

As Assistant to the Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the best shopping experience for the customer while working to achieve the highest possible number of sales with maximum profitability, and always within our commitment to society.

To achieve this, your responsibilities will be:

Plan, organize and supervise the staff under the Store Manager in their absence.
Train and develop Store collaborators
Collaborate on orders for items in the store's assortment.
Propose additions and removals of items, as well as improvements in their arrangement and in the store layout.
Supervise and propose improvements in merchandise deliveries.
Control the safe and the change fund, as well as coordinate money collection with the security company and the Store Manager.
Supervise the preparation of handled products.

• Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle / High School Diploma
• Availability to work shifts

Como Adjunto/a al Responsable de Tienda, darás apoyo al Responsable de Tienda para garantizar la mejor experiencia de compra al cliente a la vez que trabajaréis por conseguir el mayor número de ventas posible con la máxima rentabilidad, y siempre dentro de nuestro compromiso con la sociedad.

Para conseguirlo, tus responsabilidades serán:

Planificar, organizar y supervisar el personal a cargo del Responsable de Tienda en ausencia de este.
Formar y desarrollar a los colaboradores de Tienda
Colaborar en los pedidos de artículos del surtido de la tienda.
Proponer altas y bajas de artículos, así como mejoras en el orden de los mismos y en el diseño de la tienda.
Supervisar y proponer mejoras en las entradas de mercancía.
Controlar la caja fuerte y el cambio, así como coordinar la recogida de dinero con la empresa de seguridad y el Responsable de Tienda.
Supervisar la elaboración de los productos de manipulación.

• Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio o Superior / Bachillerato
