At Almirall we are looking for a Digital Industrial & QA Solutions Trainee to join our Industrial Systems and Quality team, a technical team that works in different key areas of the industrial and quality environment, both locally and in collaboration with colleagues in Germany.

We are looking for someone organized, meticulous, eager to learn, and capable of communicating with different technical stakeholders.

What will you do with us?

Your role will have a cross-functional vision, collaborating with all areas of the team and participating in key tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial systems.

Primary responsibility

• Management and harmonization of technical documentation: Organization, classification, updating and standardization of industrial and quality system documentation.
  

In addition, you will participate in:

• Planning and monitoring of IT projects in the industrial environment and QA.

• Coordination with internal teams and external suppliers , ensuring smooth communication.

• Improvement of processes related to the management of technological assets.

• Configuration of industrial devices , acquiring practical knowledge of the environment.

What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate or Master's student in Computer Engineering, Industrial Automation or similar .

• Interest in industrial environments, MES systems, GxP regulation, industrial architectures , etc.

• Basic knowledge of office automation ( Excel , MS Teams ).

• A highly organized, proactive, meticulous person with the ability to work in a team.

• Basic/intermediate English , especially for managing documentation in this language.
