What will you learn on this journey?

Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself by performing the following tasks:

  • Advising, providing information, and customer service for the Urban Transport Service and the León Bicycle Loan Service.

  • Management of travel passes at the office that the León City Council has on C/ San Agustín, as well as bicycle reservations, administrative tasks, and resolution of any type of service incident.

  • Management of lost and found and processing of claims related to the services.

  • Management and issuance of bonobús cards with special profiles, and monitoring the sale of transport cards.

  • Improvement in the preparation of reports through the monitoring and control of the new bicycle loan service contract.

  • Development of your time and work team management skills, ensuring that projects start and develop within the planned deadlines.

¿Qué aprenderás en este viaje?

A lo largo de tus prácticas, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte realizando las siguientes tareas:

  • Asesoramiento e información y atención al cliente del Servicio de Transporte Urbano y del Servicio de Préstamo de Bicicletas de León.

  • Gestión de bonos de viaje en la oficina que el Ayuntamiento de León tiene en la C/ San Agustín, así como la reserva de bicicletas, tareas administrativas y resolución de cualquier tipo de incidencia del servicio.

  • Gestión de objetos perdidos y tramitación de reclamaciones relacionadas con los servicios.

  • Gestión y emisión de tarjetas de bonobús con perfiles especiales, y seguimiento de la venta de tarjetas de transporte.

  • Mejora en la elaboración de informes mediante el seguimiento y control del nuevo contrato del servicio de préstamo de bicicletas.
