What are we looking for in you?

We are looking to incorporate a Senior Java Backend Developer to participate in an international project, related to the maintenance and evolution of solutions and applications.

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot, capable of working in complex, scalable, and high-availability technical environments, within 100% international and multicultural teams.

What we're looking for

The MUST haves for this challenge ✅

  • 5 or more years of professional experience in backend development with Java.
  • Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
  • Experience working with microservices architectures.
  • Experience in migrations and modernization of Java applications.
  • Solid knowledge of Spring Security.
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes, essential for the deployment and operation of applications.
  • Solid experience working with Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, especially using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Git and Maven.
  • Relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • C1 level of English, both spoken and written, to work daily in an international team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Java 21, Java 25, or recent versions of the Java ecosystem.
  • Experience with Helm for deployments on Kubernetes.
