Associate Data Analyst

Summary

We're looking for a Data Governance Analyst to help ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across the Amadeus Hospitality Business Intelligence ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical teams to investigate data issues, maintain critical master data, support data governance initiatives, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of data quality across Hospitality BI products and systems.

• Manage master data, including property updates, mappings, rebrands, and business identifiers.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.

• Use SQL and other analytical tools to research, troubleshoot, and monitor data.

• Contribute to data governance initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects that strengthen data management practices.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience in the hospitality industry with a solid understanding of hospitality operations, terminology, and data.

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), reservations data, or other hospitality technology platforms.

• Background in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting; knowledge of BI and ETL processes is an advantage.

• Understanding of databases, data warehousing, or data architecture concepts is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in hospitality, data management, analytics, or a related discipline.
