Your mission will be to offer the best service to our customers, taking care of every detail and ensuring proper handling and preservation to provide the best product on the market.

- You will advise and assist customers during their purchase, considering their needs and offering them the best option and quality in the product.
- You will handle all types of meat and cold cuts, as well as prepare products in the workshop.
- You will create displays and presentations for the counter.
- You will ensure your workspace is always clean and organized.
- You will check temperatures and rotate products in the cold storage to keep them in optimal condition.

What will make you successful as a Butcher?
Previous experience in the trade, as you will be able to share your product knowledge and master product handling, along with providing more personalized customer service.

Your vocation for customer service will be very important in order to offer quality service and achieve loyal, satisfied customers.

Speaking both Catalan and Spanish, to adapt to the customer's language.

- Forget about split shifts! Our schedules allow you to balance your personal and work life, as you will have a rotating full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday (morning/afternoon), with one day off per week.

- Salary: The salary we offer for a 40-hour work week is €1,500 gross/month. You will also receive quarterly bonuses based on your performance and an annual bonus related to your team's group goals.

Experiència prèvia en l'ofici, ja que podràs oferir coneixements sobre el producte i tindràs domini en la seva manipulació, a més d'un assessorament més personalitzat al client.

La teva vocació pel tracte al client serà molt important per tal d'oferir un servei de qualitat i aconseguir tenir clients fidelitzats i satisfets.

Parlar tant el català com el castellà, per adaptar-te a l'idioma del client.
