What we're looking for

You have a Vocational Training qualification at Intermediate Level or equivalent.
You have more than one year of experience in team management.
You are available to work shifts and weekends/holidays.
Customer orientation, flexibility, organization, and teamwork are part of your DNA.

What you'll do

You will analyze your store's data to anticipate needs and optimize the business.
You will manage and motivate your team to ensure the store runs properly.
You will identify your team's potential, fostering their development.
You will be an ambassador of Lidl's strategy and values, keeping the focus on the customer.
You will ensure the management and implementation of store processes.
You will be part of the dynamism of our stores, collaborating with the #teamlidl in all processes, including operational ones when required.
