What will your mission be at Ametller Origen?

Manage the butcher and delicatessen section of the store, offering the best service and product to the customer while leading your team to train them and help them grow as professionals.

How will you do it?

- You will be a reference for your team: You will accompany and follow up on your team to ensure their training and growth.

- You will collaborate in the management of supply and ensure the product circuit through to sale.

- You will convey and focus the team on the company's pillars and strategies to achieve the established goals.

- You will carry out commercial analyses, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the results and objectives of your store.

- You will train and provide tools to your team so they can be autonomous.

What will make you succeed?

- Your experience in team management will be essential to lead and support your team.

- Experience in the complete management of a business/store in order to carry out commercial analyses based on the company's strategic pillars.

- Being a restless, goal-oriented person, accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs, with schedule flexibility to adapt to the store's needs.
- Analytical skills and a global vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at all times.

- Job stability: We offer a permanent contract (6-month trial period) with a fixed annual salary of €25,500 and a very attractive incentive program every four months. Additionally, we will reward your ability to generate talent in your store with significant bonuses.

- Leadership: As butcher manager, you will handle the selection, training, and integration of your staff. You will be responsible for identifying and retaining talent, motivating and developing your team so they become great product professionals.

In the first phase, you will have an interview with a recruiter, where we will explain the project, the duties to be performed, and the conditions we can offer you.

In the second phase, you will have an interview with the area manager and/or regional manager where your technical expertise will be evaluated.

If you are ultimately the selected person, we have an integration plan established in the trade, where, with the support and training of different specialists, you will learn how to develop your role.

-Seràs un referent pel teu equip: Acompanyaràs i faràs seguiment del teu equip per garantir la seva formació i creixement.

- Col·laboraràs en la gestió de l'aprovisionament i garantiràs el circuit del producte fins a la venda.

- Transmetràs i enfocaràs a l'equip en els eixos i estratègies de la companyia per tal d'aconseguir els objectius establerts.

- Portaràs a terme anàlisis comercials detectant punts de millora per tal de millorar els resultats i objectius de la teva botiga.

- Formaràs i donaràs eines a l'equip perquè siguin autònoms.

- La teva experiència en gestió d'equips serà fonamental per poder liderar i acompanyar al teu equip.

- Experiència en gestió íntegra d'un negoci/botiga per tal de poder fer anàlisis comercials en funció dels eixos estratègics de la companyia.

- Ser una persona inconformista i reptadora, habituada a treballar amb objectius de vendes i KPIS i flexibilitat horària per poder adaptar-te a les necessitats de botiga.
- Capacitat analítica i visió global per garantir les accions comercials, resoldre conflictes i saber detectar les prioritats a cada moment.

En la primera fase, faràs una entrevista amb un tècnic de selecció, on t'explicarem el projecte, les funcions a desenvolupar i les condicions que et podem oferir.

En la segona, faràs una entrevista amb el gerent de zona i/o responsable regional on s'avaluarà el teu expertise tècnic.

Si finalment ets la persona seleccionada, tenim establert un pla d'integració en l'ofici amb l'acompanyament i formació de diferents especialistes coneixeràs com desenvolupar el teu rol.
