What will your mission be at Ametller Origen?

To ensure the coordination and operation of the section in order to guarantee supply, commercial implementation and satisfaction of customers and your team, as well as the achievement of objectives.

How will you do it?

• You will be a benchmark for your team: You will accompany and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth.
• You will collaborate in supply management and ensure the product flow through to the point of sale.
• You will implement the commercial actions of your section to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• You will support your manager in planning, team management, monitoring indicators, and resolving store incidents and needs.

• Forget about split shifts! Our schedules allow you to balance your personal and professional life, as you will have a rotating schedule (morning/afternoon), from Monday to Sunday, with one day off.

What will the selection process be like?

In the first phase, you will have an interview with a selection specialist, where we will explain the project, the duties, and the conditions we can offer you.

In the second phase, you will have an interview with the area manager and/or regional manager, where your technical expertise will be assessed.

If you are ultimately the selected candidate, we have an onboarding plan in place, through which, with the support and training of different specialists, you will learn how to carry out your role and we will provide you with the tools to do so.

Com serà el procés de selecció?

En la primera fase, faràs una entrevista amb un tècnic de selecció, on t'explicarem el projecte, les funcions a desenvolupar i les condicions que et podem oferir.

En la segona, faràs una entrevista amb el gerent de zona i/o responsable regional on s'avaluarà el teu expertise tècnic.

Si finalment ets la persona seleccionada, tenim establert un pla d'integració en l'ofici a través del qual amb l'acompanyament i formació de diferents especialistes coneixeràs com desenvolupar el teu rol i et donarem eines per fer-ho possible.
