Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising technical projects for municipal waste and urban services, assuming full responsibility from scope definition to closure, guaranteeing the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, quality, and client expectations.
• Ensuring technical, economic, and administrative control of projects, preparing the cost breakdown, planning the budget, monitoring via corporate tools (such as NetSuite), and anticipating deviations to apply corrective measures that guarantee profitability.
• Defining project requirements together with the client (objectives, timeline, methodology, and deliverables), ensuring their correct formalization, traceability, and alignment with the actual needs of the service.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and promoting a high-performance environment, professional development, and knowledge transfer.
• Designing, developing, and operating dashboards and reports in Power BI, integrating and transforming data to monitor services, generate key indicators, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Acting as the primary interlocutor with Public Administrations, ensuring fluid, structured, and results-oriented communication, as well as the correct presentation and follow-up of projects.
• Participating in the preparation of technical and economic bids in tendering processes, providing technical knowledge, structuring proposals, and ensuring their viability and competitiveness.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in urban services, analyzing collection models, pay-as-you-throw (PAYT) systems, street cleaning technologies, and proposing solutions that optimize processes and costs.
• Ensuring the application and compliance of quality management systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or others), defining work methodologies, monitoring indicators, and promoting best practices within the team.
• Identifying business development opportunities and sector trends, contributing to the evolution of the area and aligning projects with the organization's strategic priorities.

Skills & Expertise

• University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering (environmental, industrial, civil, forestry) or related disciplines, with a valued specialization in waste management, sustainability, or project management.
• Consolidated experience (minimum 5-6 years) leading projects in the field of urban services, especially in waste collection, street cleaning, or facility management.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and align resources in demanding environments.
• Practical knowledge in the use of Power BI, including the design, development, and operation of dashboards for service analysis and monitoring.
• Experience in environments linked to Public Administration, with the ability to interact, follow up on contracts, and understand the working frameworks of the public sector.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or equivalents) and the application of methodologies oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in digital and analysis tools, including Microsoft Office, collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and, ideally, management ERP (NetSuite).
• Technical sector knowledge, including applicable regulations, selective collection models, pay-as-you-throw (PAYT) systems, and street cleaning technologies.
• Analytical capacity and data orientation, with the judgment to transform information into operational and strategic decisions.
