Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate activities according to the established scripts.
- Prepare and adapt activity content based on the group.
- Maintain and manage activity materials (consumable and non-consumable), as well as report any damaged material.
- Collaborate in the review and updating of activities.
- Deliver evaluation questionnaires to participants.
- Communicate and manage incidents.
- Attend internal coordination meetings.
- Attend training sessions.
- Support the customer service and reservation management team in the dissemination and promotion of educational activities.
- Support the coordination and conceptualization services in the management of databases, reports, and other office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Dinamizar actividades según los guiones establecidos.
- Preparar y adaptar los contenidos de las actividades en función del grupo.
- Mantener y gestionar los materiales (fungibles y no fungibles) de las actividades, así como comunicar cualquier material estropeado.
- Colaborar en la revisión y actualización de las actividades.
- Entregar el cuestionario de valoración a los y las participantes.
