What you'll do

  • Facilitate activities according to established guidelines.
  • Prepare and adapt activity content based on the group.
  • Maintain and manage activity materials (consumable and non-consumable), as well as report any damaged materials.
  • Collaborate on the review and updating of activities.
  • Deliver the evaluation questionnaire to participants.
  • Communicate and manage incidents.
  • Attend internal coordination meetings.
  • Attend training sessions.
  • Support the customer service and booking management team in promoting and disseminating educational activities.
  • Support coordination and conceptualization services in managing databases, reports, and other office tasks.
