Internship - Engineer for Facilities Maintenance

• Provide support in team management and coordination.
• Provide support in the management of preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings.
• Plan and schedule the work of your staff.
• Monitor work reports and hours.
• Provide support in the supervision of subcontractors.
• Provide support in complying with technical-legal, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Management and control of the CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention (PRL).
• Provide support in monitoring and meeting Quality indicators.

Here is your roadmap:

• 1st: Submit your application and complete the initial questions.

• 2nd: You will have a first contact with HR or you will complete a pre-recorded interview that you can complete whenever it suits you.

• 3rd: You will interview with the team you will be part of and complete the English and behavioural tests.

• 4th: Receive your offer and begin your onboarding process.

• Training at the level of technical or higher engineering in the Mechanical or Electrical specialty.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the use of databases.
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish, English.
• Ability to learn and adapt to dynamic and changing jobs. A meticulous person with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Hold a type B driving licence.

• Experience in knowledge and use of CMMS.
• Knowledge of the 5S methodology.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance.
• German language.

The internship will be on a central shift (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

• Dar soporte en la Cumplir con el mantenimiento técnico-legal, preventivo y correctivo.
• Gestión y control del GMAO.
• Velar por el cumplimiento a nivel de PRL.
• Dar soporte en el Seguimiento y cumplimiento de indicadores de Calidad.

Aquí tienes tu hoja de ruta:

• 1ª: Envía tu solicitud y completa las preguntas iniciales.

• 2ª: Tendrás un primer contacto con RRHH o realizarás una entrevista pregrabada que podrás completar cuando te vaya bien.

• 3ª: Te entrevistarás con el equipo del que formarás parte y completarás los test de inglés y conductual.

• 4ª: Recibe tu oferta y comienza tu proceso de incorporación.

• Formación a nivel de Ingeniería técnica o Superior en especialidad  Mecánica o Eléctrica.
• Dominio de herramientas Ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
• Experiencia en el uso de bases de datos.
• Idiomas: Catalán, Castellano, Inglés.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptarse a trabajos dinámicos y cambiantes. Persona meticulosa y con gusto por el detalle.
• Capacidad de Trabajo en equipo.
• Poseer carnet de conducir tipo B.

• Experiencia en conocimiento y uso de GMAO/CMMS.
• Conocimiento de la metodología 5S.
• Conocimientos básicos en mantenimiento industrial.
• Idioma Alemán.

Las prácticas serán a turno central (lunes a viernes de 08:30 a 17:30 horas)
