🛠 Position: Site Manager - Railway Project

At Aldesa, a leader in infrastructure and railway projects at an international level, we are looking for a Site Manager to take part in highly relevant railway projects in Catalonia, working on the construction of operational buildings, workshops, urban development and railway superstructure with high standards of efficiency, safety and reliability.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of the railway project, including operational buildings and workshops.

• Planning and coordination of urban development works and tramway track superstructure.

• Supervision of safety, quality, deadlines and costs.

• Coordination of teams, machinery and production resources.

• Technical monitoring of associated technical and railway installations, including electrification systems, HVAC, access control and BMS.

• Coordination with external agents and comprehensive supervision of complex railway projects. technical of all actions on railway infrastructure and superstructure.
  

🎯 Requirements:

• Education: Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering or similar.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as Site Manager on railway or complex infrastructure projects.

• Skills: Planning ability, team leadership and comprehensive project management.

🛠 Posición: Jefe/a de Obra - Proyecto Ferroviario

En Aldesa, líder en infraestructuras y proyectos ferroviarios a nivel internacional, buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra para participar en proyectos ferroviarios de gran relevancia en Cataluña, trabajando en la construcción de edificios operativos, talleres, urbanización y superestructura ferroviaria con altos estándares de eficiencia, seguridad y fiabilidad.

Si te apasionan los retos de ingeniería y gestión de infraestructuras complejas, esta es tu oportunidad de crecer profesionalmente en un entorno dinámico y estratégico.

📋 Responsabilidades:

• Gestión integral de la obra ferroviaria, incluyendo edificaciones operativas y talleres.

• Planificación y coordinación de trabajos de urbanización y superestructura de vía tranviaria.

• Supervisión de seguridad, calidad, plazos y costes.

• Coordinación de equipos, maquinaria y recursos de producción.

• Seguimiento técnico de instalaciones técnicas y ferroviarias asociadas, incluyendo sistemas de electrificación, climatización, control de accesos y BMS.

• Coordinación con agentes externos y supervisión integral de proyectos ferroviarios complejos. técnico de todas las actuaciones en infraestructura y superestructura ferroviaria.
  

🎯 Requisitos:

• Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos o similar.

• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años como Jefe/a de Obra en proyectos ferroviarios o de infraestructuras complejas.

• Habilidades: Capacidad de planificación, liderazgo de equipos y gestión integral de obra.
