Electric Vehicle Technician (Temporary)

We are looking for a flexible candidate with knowledge of electricity, good communication skills, and a passion for the automotive sector.

Within the Powertrain team dedicated to training on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles, we require a technician to carry out inspections on electric and hybrid vehicles and operations with high-voltage components. Within the technical part of the team, the main responsibilities will be:

• Managing the vehicles to be inspected.
• Carrying out different measurements and inspections on electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles.
• Preparing reports with the results of the inspections.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Delivering training courses related to electric, hybrid, and hydrogen vehicles and their systems.

Education

• Vocational Training II or a Higher Level Training Cycle specializing in electricity or industrial electronics or similar.
• Highly valued vocational training related to automotive and electromechanics.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Good communication skills.

Experience

• Professional experience related to automotive, electromechanics, electric vehicles, and the use of measuring equipment will be valued.
• Experience or knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles will be valued.
• Accustomed to working with measuring equipment, analyzers, etc.
• Resourceful and proactive.

Languages

• English proficiency will be highly valued.

Dentro del equipo de Powertrain destinado a la formación sobre vehículos eléctricos, híbridos y de hidrógeno se requiere a un/a técnico/a para realizar verificaciones en vehículos eléctricos e híbridos, operaciones con componentes de alto voltaje. Dentro de la parte técnica del equipo, sus responsabilidades principales serán:

• Gestión de los vehículos a verificar.
• Realización de diferentes mediciones y verificaciones en vehículos eléctricos, híbridos y de hidrógeno.
• Elaboración de informes con los resultados de las verificaciones.
• Diagnostico y reparación de averías en vehículos eléctricos e híbridos.
• Impartir cursos formativos relacionados con vehiculos eléctricos, hibridos e hidrógeno y sus sistemas.

Educación

• Formación Profesional II o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior especialidad en electricidad o electrónica industrial o similar.
• Altamente apreciable formación profesional relacionada con la automoción y electromecánica.
• Capacidad de leer y entender esquemas eléctricos.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación.

Experiencia

• Se valorará experiencia profesional relacionada con la automoción, electromecánica, vehículos eléctricos y utilización de equipos de medición.
• Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento en vehículos eléctricos e híbridos.
• Habituado a trabajar con equipos de medida, analizadores, etc.
• Resolutivo/a y proactivo/a

Idiomas

• Será altamente valorado el dominio del inglés.
