  • Advanced English (C1).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence functional teams.
  • 5–7 years of experience in product development processes.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience leading technical teams or projects.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and customer-facing environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Technical Leader to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.

The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead robust product design and development from concept through delivery.
  • Act as the technical interface between the company and its customers, ensuring effective technical communication and alignment.
  • Drive key design reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage project planning, investments, and key technical milestones.
  • Coordinate R&D teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Ensure technical solutions are robust, standardized, and aligned with project objectives.
