FUNCTIONS:
What are the main functions to be performed?:

1 SITE MANAGER (H/M):
-Planning and coordination of installation projects on construction sites (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, plumbing, etc.)
-Technical supervision and execution control.
-Management of own teams and subcontractors.
-Document management (drawings, certifications, reports, budgets).
-Economic monitoring and cost control.
-Liaison with the client, technical direction, and technical office.
-Site supervision.

2 SITE ASSISTANTS (H/M): Support to the site manager in the tasks of the position.

REQUIREMENTS:
1 SITE MANAGER (H/M):
Education in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Architecture, or similar (for foreign qualifications not belonging to Spain or the European Union, official homologation or equivalence issued by the competent authority in Spain is required).
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, etc., installations.
Category B driving license.
Experience in public works management (minimum 4 years).

2 SITE ASSISTANTS (H/M): At least 2 years of experience supporting the site manager in the tasks of the position.

FUNCIONES:
¿Cuáles son las funciones principales a desarrollar ?:

1 JEFE DE OBRA (H/M):
-Planificación y coordinación de proyectos de instalaciones en obras (climatización, electricidad, PCI, fontanería, etc.)
-Supervisión técnica y control de ejecución.
-Gestión de equipos propios y subcontratas.
-Gestión documental (planos, certificaciones, informes, presupuestos).
-Seguimiento económico y control de costes.
-Interlocución con cliente, dirección facultativa y oficina técnica.
-Supervisión de las obras.

2 AUXILIARES DE OBRA (H/M): Apoyo al responsable de obra en las tareas del puesto.

REQUISITOS:
1 JEFE DE OBRA (H/M):
Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Técnica, Arquitectura o similar (para titulaciones extranjeras no pertenecientes a España o la Unión Europea es necesaria la homologación o equivalencia oficial emitida por el organismo competente en España).
Conocimientos en instalaciones de electricidad, climatización, PCI, etc.
Permiso de Conducir tipo B.
Experiencia en gestión de obras públicas (mínimo 4 años).

2 AUXILIARES DE OBRA (H/M): Experiencia al menos 2 años como apoyo al responsable de obra en las tareas del puesto.
