Machining Center Setter/Programmer – Weekend Shift in Sant Cugat del Vallès

Areajob Spain ETT, a division of the Areajob Group focused on temporary work and talent management, is starting a selection process for a setter/programmer for machining centers on the weekend shift in Sant Cugat.

Responsibilities:

– Establish the machining processes for the parts to be manufactured.

– Prepare and adjust machines for machining.

– Machine parts using specialized machine tools.

– Verify product characteristics.

Essential requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and manufacturing complex parts.

– Experience in dimensional verification and inspection.

– Knowledge of Catia V and Hypermill.

– Experience with CNC machines: MAZAK, MAKINO, OKUMA.

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

What do we offer?

Permanent contract directly with the company.

Salary from €30,000 gross per year, negotiable (a machine setup/programming test will be conducted first to determine it based on the candidate's skills/experience).

Intensive morning shift (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.): 1 vacancy

Weekend shift (1 vacancy): Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (12 hours per day). In any case, the breaks established in the Collective Bargaining Agreement will be respected. The working hours for the weekend shift will be 36 hours per week, paid as a full-time schedule, in compensation for the distribution and characteristics of the shift.

Funciones:

– Establecer los procesos de mecanizados de las piezas a fabricar.

– Preparar y ajustar máquinas para el mecanizado.

– Mecanizar con máquinas herramientas especializadas.

– Verificar las características del producto.

Requisitos esenciales:

– Experiencia miníma de 5 años en preparación y fabricación de piezas complejas.

– Experiencia en verificación y control dimensional.

– Conocimientos de Catia V e Hypermil.

– Experiencia en CM CNC MAZAK, MAKINO, OKUMA.

– Lectura y interpretación de planos.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

Contratación estable directamente por empresa.

Salario a partir de 30.000 brutos anuales, negociables (se hará primero prueba de preparación/programación de máquina para establecerlo en función de valía/experiencia del candidato).

Horario intensivo de mañana (6h a 14h): 1 vacante

Horario de fin de semana (1 vacante): los viernes, sábados y domingos, en horario de 6:00 h a 18:00 h (12 horas por día). En todo caso, se respetarán los descansos establecidos en el Convenio Colectivo. La jornada correspondiente al turno de fin de semana tendrá una duración de 36 horas semanales, que será retribuida como jornada completa, en compensación por la distribución y características del turno.
