Passenger Service Agent – Ibiza Airport

At South Europe Ground Services, we are looking for staff for the Passenger Agent position at the airport. This role involves being the first point of contact for passengers, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey. Key responsibilities include managing check-in and boarding processes using each airline's systems, as well as assisting transit passengers to facilitate their connections.
The role also includes duties in the boarding area related to baggage tagging and excess baggage payment, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers.
