Core Development & Responsibilities
  • Backend Expert: Own and evolve backend services using C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/8+).
  • Data Architecture: Design and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL, including experience or strong interest in Time Series Data (e.g., TimescaleDB).
  • Asynchronous Messaging: Implement and maintain decoupled systems using Message Brokers (generic concepts of queues, topics, and pub/sub).
  • Agile Delivery: Active participation in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, ensuring high-quality delivery and accurate estimations.
  • Collaboration: Use Jira for task management and Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) for robust version control, including code reviews and branch management.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
  • Language/Framework: Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
  • API Design: Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Database: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (Relational design and performance).
  • Version Control: Advanced Git skills (GitFlow, Rebasing, Conflict resolution).
  • Agile: Previous experience in agile teams and tools (Jira).
Technical Competencies (Recommended / Good to Have)
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with GitHub Actions for automated workflows.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Terraform for environment provisioning.
  • Cloud Native: Basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker containerization.
  • Messaging: Experience with any Message Broker (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus).
  • Observability: Experience monitoring applications (e.g., Application Insights, ELK, or similar).
Personal Competencies
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex technical challenges with clean, maintainable code (SOLID).
  • Team Player: Proactive communication and readiness to support the team's growth.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving technical requirements.
